Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 business days of receipt of your order for store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 RETURN REQUIREMENTS

 All items must be unworn, free of makeup stains and odor   

  • Must have original tags attached  
  • Must be in original packaging    
  • Must include return form  
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return if above conditions are not meet.    

 EXCEPTIONS    

 The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  

  • Custom Made Clothes    
  • Final Sale Items 
  • Swim wear    
  • Lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Active wear
  • Accessories: Handbags, Hats, Scarfs, Belts

 RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please print and fill out the return form, place the item securely in its original packaging with the completed return form and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We are not responsible for lost items.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item and are satisfied with the condition, we will process your store credit. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fab4Collection Gift Card for use on future purchases. All Gift Cards are redeemable immediately and are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Please allow at least (5-8) business days from the receipt of your item by our warehouse for us to process your store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Kindly note that Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

STORE EXCANGES

  • Since we are uncertain if the style/size required will be available by the time items are returned to us, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

Although we pride ourselves with the quality and products we ship out to our customers, should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@Fab4Collections.com within 48 hours of receipt of item with a picture showing defects or inaccurate item or you will NOT qualify for a refund. This is 100% refundable to your original form of payment.
